This webshop is not operated directly by Amanda Essen. All orders, production, and customer service are handled by her official business partner. Amanda herself does not have access to customer or order details. If you have any questions about your order or items, please contact our support team through the contact form, we’re here to help.

Shipping & Suppliers

We work with trusted international suppliers to guarantee high quality and global availability. Depending on what you order, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Orders & Returns

Each product is made to order, we don’t keep stock. This ensures sustainable production and minimal waste. Because of this, once your order goes into production, it can’t be canceled or changed.

If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we might be able to adjust or cancel it before production begins.

Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in any accepted case.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.
